Couples: $160/53 min. session

In order to keep mental health support as accessible as possible, I offer a number of reduced fee spots for individuals ($100-140) and couples ($120-160).

I do not currently accept insurance. However, I can provide a super bill for individual therapy sessions for you to submit for Out-of-Network benefits. You are responsible for checking with your insurance provider to determine your coverage for OON services.

Only if you want. :) Some types of therapy are homework/worksheet heavy, others less so. I’ve taught in and spent a lot of time in higher ed, so I am always up for providing reading suggestions and reflective questions to consider between sessions if you’re interested.

Existential therapy can be especially helpful for thoughtful, reflective people navigating burnout, grief, life transitions, anxiety, or questions of meaning and purpose.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and integrate traumatic or distressing memories so they feel less emotionally overwhelming over time. EMDR does not require you to describe every detail of your experiences. We work at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.

Yes. I support clients who are questioning, leaving, or rebuilding their beliefs after involvement in high-control or fundamentalist religious environments. Therapy can help you make sense of your experience without pressure to adopt any particular belief system.description

Not at all. I understand religion can be a meaningful source of support for some, and a source of pain or harm for others. For many people, it’s a mixed experience. As an interfaith chaplain and therapist, my focus is supporting you as an individual, wherever you are in your own relationship to spirituality or religion.

No. You do not need to change, leave, or resolve your beliefs in any particular way to work with me. Some clients are actively practicing a faith, others are questioning or deconstructing, and others are rebuilding after leaving. Therapy is a space to explore your experience at your own pace.

It means I don’t see neurodivergence as a problem to fix. We focus on understanding your experience and supporting what works for you.
