Your life is precious. And you deserve a life that feels meaningful and beautiful to you, where you feel connected to others, to your authentic self, to the earth, and where you can grow and flourish, even in challenging times.

I love talking about what makes life most meaningful, what we’re living for, what makes us come alive, and what sustains us through difficult times. How do we make sense of our lives when things fall apart? What does it mean to find a purpose or live life in a way that feels authentic to who we are as unique individuals? How do we hold and grieve all the pain we see around us? And how do we cultivate a sense of spiritual well-being after experiences of spiritual abuse or religious trauma?

I provide an empathetic, non-judgmental space for individuals, couples, and groups to explore what matters most and gain the confidence you need to live your life to the fullest. I am rooted in an existential humanistic approach that honors your values and goals. I integrate neuroscience, poetry, literature, nature, and the arts over telehealth or outdoors at a local trail, park, garden, or beach.

Are you feeling lost or uncertain about your future, dissatisfied with your career, struggling with your relationships, or experiencing grief and not sure how to move forward?

Testimonial:

“Laura is an intentional and skillful facilitator of community and connection in wild spaces. Her presence as a Community Gathering guide has regularly grounded me in peace as a participant, and she consistently inspires me with her creativity as a collaborator. Her heart is one of the steadiest I know, and truly oriented toward helping those who have devoted their lives to helping others.” -- Aram Mitchell | Minister, Coach, and Registered Maine Guide
