Feeling Lost, Disconnected, or Overwhelmed?
Are you feeling uncertain about your future, dissatisfied in your career, struggling in your relationships, or carrying unresolved trauma that leaves you unsure how to move forward? Maybe you’re experiencing grief, spiritual struggles, or the lasting impact of religious trauma.
Your life is precious. And you deserve a life that feels meaningful and beautiful—a life where you feel connected to yourself and to the world around you. Even in difficult times, healing and growth are possible.
Exploring What Truly Matters
I love exploring life’s biggest questions:
What makes life meaningful?
What sustains us through grief, trauma, and uncertainty?
How do we create authentic lives after loss, abuse, or major change?
How do we nurture spiritual well-being after spiritual abuse, faith deconstruction, or religious trauma?
These are not just abstract questions—they are invitations to live with purpose, authenticity, and hope.
How I Can Support You
I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for individuals, couples, and groups to explore what matters most. My approach is existential-humanistic, honoring your unique values and goals while integrating trauma-informed care.
I specialize in:
Trauma Therapy & EMDR – Helping you process unresolved trauma and move forward with more freedom and resilience.
Religious & Spiritual Trauma Counseling – Healing from adverse religious experiences and rebuilding spiritual meaning and trust.
Couples Therapy (Gottman Method) – Strengthening communication, rebuilding trust, and deepening intimacy in your relationships.
Support for Queer & Neurodiverse Clients – Creating an affirming space where your full self is honored.
Grief Counseling & Life Transitions – Finding meaning and grounding during times of loss or uncertainty.
My Approach
My work is grounded in an existential-humanistic framework that emphasizes authenticity, meaning, and growth. I integrate neuroscience, literature, poetry, and evidence-based trauma therapies—including EMDR—to support healing at both the emotional and neurological levels.
I offer therapy online across Maine and in person in Falmouth, Maine.
Take the Next Step
You don’t have to face these struggles alone. Whether you’re seeking trauma therapy, religious trauma counseling, or couples therapy, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
